History/Mission
 How
We Started ...
In March 1966, my father, along with a working partner, opened
a small print shop just a block from the restaurant he owned and
operated. When his partner, who actually ran the business, left
town and my dad's restaurant was destroyed by fire, he decided to
put all of his energies into running the print shop and get out
of the restaurant business completely. At that time, offices didn't
have copiers as they were the size of a very large desk, and computers
were as large as an entire office.
Over the years, my father built Kwik Copies Printing Center into
a thriving business with one location in the Midtown area and another
uptown on E. Fourth Street. As a teenager, I worked there in the
afternoons, on weekends, holidays, and during the summer. After
graduating from college in 1976, I went into business with my Dad.
In 1987, my father and I built the Kings Square Shopping Center
and moved the business
there. Since then, my father has retired, and I have tried to continually
modernize the business keeping abreast of the many technological
changes that have taken place in computers, copiers, and in the
entire printing process. There is one thing I haven't changed, and
that is the personalized service and attention that we give to each
of our clients.
